Yunnan fully launched the 2017 rural lightning protection and disaster reduction demonstration project construction

Recently, the Yunnan Meteorological Disaster Prevention Technology Center launched the 2017 Rural Lightning Protection and Disaster Mitigation Demonstration Project, organized the investigation of rural lightning disaster risk, assessment and selection, established rural lightning protection devices and warning signs, and effectively promoted the construction of lightning protection infrastructure in high-risk rural areas. It is focused on improving the ability of lightning disaster prevention in rural areas, giving full play to the role of lightning protection and disaster reduction in the process of poverty alleviation.
